G100 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the g100 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before registering or making any transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing the g100 website at g100.ws or by using any services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Use of the g100 platform is limited to individuals who:

  • Age 18 years or older as of the registration date;
  • Being legally competent to enter into a binding agreement;
  • Not being located in jurisdictions where online gambling or betting is prohibited;
  • Register only for personal use and not on behalf of others.

G100 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found not meeting eligibility criteria will be suspended until verification is complete or permanently closed at the platform’s discretion.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibility

Each user is allowed to hold only one active account on the g100 platform. Multiple account registration by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts as well as cancellation of any balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. g100 is not responsible for any losses arising from false or incomplete information provided by users.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keep your password and account login details confidential;
  • Ensure no one else accesses your account without permission;
  • Report immediately to g100 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
  • All activity occurring under your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

G100 offers two-step verification as an additional security layer. Users are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

3. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the g100 platform are conducted in Malaysian currency, Ringgit Malaysia (MYR / RM). g100 does not accept or process payments directly in foreign currencies.

Regarding deposits and withdrawals:

  • Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the relevant financial service provider;
  • Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the chosen payment method – typically between 1 to 3 business days;
  • G100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits;
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, except with explicit approval from the g100 team;
  • G100 does not cover any processing fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

Any attempt to process transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and involved accounts will be suspended immediately.

4. Platform Use Rules, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

Usage Rules

Users are prohibited from using the g100 platform for any illegal purposes or that violate these terms, including:

  • Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or exploit the platform;
  • Sharing or selling account access to third parties;
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the platform’s security systems;
  • Distributing harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through any platform communication features.

Liability Limits

G100 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, service interruptions, or data loss. Under no circumstances shall g100's maximum liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user within 30 days prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the g100 platform—including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interfaces—is the exclusive property of g100 or third parties licensed to g100. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or modify any content without written permission.

5. Account Policy, Third-Party Links and Terms Changes

Account Suspension and Closure

G100 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if:

  • User breaches any terms stated in this document;
  • There is fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system;
  • User fails to provide the required identity verification documents;
  • Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any transactions.

In cases of account closure due to term violations, remaining balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. For user-requested closures, eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures.

Third-Party Links

The g100 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party service providers such as game providers and payment gateways. g100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Users are advised to read the respective third-party terms separately.

Changes to These Terms

G100 reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the g100 platform will first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration authorities.
